I've been using Caron for more than 10 years now and they never let me down.
They even trouble shoot control circuits down to the component level so they don't charge for a complete controller unit.
I used all the larger companies in the past and they all are too big and service is lacking. They send technicians right out of school and they are not trained properly. Caron uses very experienced technicians and it shows, especially for oil burner service.
I don't do a lot of reviews but feel the need to do this one. I will only hire Caron from now on.

Caron Heating & Cooling has saved us twice in the matter of a couple of months. Over the summer they fixed our AC unit that stopped working in the middle of a heat wave and today they repaired our combi boiler. We were told by another company that it was going to cost us $17k to replace our system but when I called Caron Heating & Cooling they sent Dan out right away. Dan was amazing and was able to fix the issue within a couple of hours. We have hot water again and I couldn't be happier! Outstanding service and most importantly a truly honest company. In addition, the office manager Meghan was thorough in her company knowledge, prompt in scheduling and took the time with us as a new customer. If you need a HVAC company in the area, this should be the only call you need to make for peace of mind as we enter the winter season or a repeat of this past summer's exceptionally challanging cooling season in 2023.

Nate from Caron did a great job, showed up on time within the 2-hour window, even called half an hour ahead so we knew exactly when he'd be here. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour, and was friendly and courteous. A+ experience.

A coworker of mine recommended Caron and I couldn't be happier with the services they performed! Stacy and Megan were super helpful throughout the entire process, start to finish. Caron quickly sent someone out for an estimate and we moved on from there. We had our entire HVAC system replaced and added a mini split. We used Mass Save and Stacy basically did everything for me besides go to the bank! Our original AC ended up dying before they came to replace it and they were so timely. The guys were on time and prompt. They explained everything prior and during the service. Also, the followed good safety precautions which I am extremely thankful for as I am ongoing cancer treatment and having people in my home can be challenging.
