We knew we were skating on thin ice with our 1996 furnace - and unfortunately it beat us to the punch Christmas night when it literally sounded like a plane was landing in the house. After three days of no heat, we're doing a happy dance over here thanks to Caron Heating and Cooling who I can say quite confidently are in the top 3 of the most phenomenal companies I've ever had to deal with. From the on-call tech Gil, to Megan in the office, to the owners Stacy and Chris, the level of concern for our well-being, the push to expedite a new installation ASAP, the guidance with the MA Save loan process, their technicians showing up at 7:45am and working til 4:30pm (explaining along the way) and just the responsiveness overall - we have officially become customers for life! We are truly stunned at what was accomplished in such a short timeframe but we could not be more grateful to Caron for getting us to the end of a very COLD ?? tunnel so quickly!

From getting an estimate, to helping us with Mass Save and financing, to the final install. Everyone at Caron was amazing! From the beginning of the process to the end, we felt important to them, more than just another job. They were friendly, prompt and their work is top notch! We can not thank you enough for keeping us warm this winter. We highly recommend this company!!

This was my first time using Caron heating and cooling and I will definitely use them again. They installed 2 mini split units, condenser and moved an old unit to another spot. Chris , Stacy and Meghan couldn`t of been nicer and professional. They answered every question I had and then some. Do to unforeseen circumstances they were so accommodating and made the process stress free. For that I am extremely grateful.. The installers Josh, Al, Hurl, and Mike couldn`t of been nicer. They were always professional, friendly and explained everything. This is a company worth contacting and keeping for all of your heating and cooling needs. Heroes! The fantastic team at Caron's Heating and Cooling. Chris and Stacy. be proud of your team. They arrived early AM after a two foot snowfall to install a new furnace. She's a beauty. Real kindness and respect. Heat by 2:PM. crew raving about Chris. Rare to meet such devoted happy campers who go the extra miles. New carbon monoxide detectors with extra batteries and instruction to change a fall behind time. Complete immediate. Great to see hands on passing on skill to Voke students - a gift that will keep on giving. Lucky students who will benefit from the from their experience and work ethic. Answer calls at al hours and respond promptly. Love these people and will miss them since they did such a good job - not expecting them back until annual service. After purchasing a house in 2013, we used the company the previous owner used. We soon needed further service, so I reached out to Caron. Throughout two pregnancies and several years of weather, I have always felt taken care of. My grandfather was a “gas man” and as a child, I used to watch him work. Watching all the Caron techs attention to detail, and explanations of both the mundane and the concerns has given me the same level of confidence. They have interacted professionally and genuinely with my children as they have come in and out. Absolutely the best, helping my Old freon losing AC hobble along through my last pregnancy to helping me choose a suitable replacement. Since covid-times, I’ve had both my AC and Heat serviced and the techs have been respectful and health conscious at each visit. Most recently, discovering that my kiddos dropped some pebbles, etc into the outside exhaust (as if it’s a bank chute ) thereby damaging the motor and leading to a same day replacement. I’ve reached out by phone, email, Facebook site and each interaction was equally as professional and courteous. Thanks for all you do! They are also actively involved in the community and give back where they can. All around excellent, with No Bull!

Stacey and everyone at Caron HVAC, We want you all to know that in the 40 years we have owned our home never has the heat and hot water been this good. Unlike in the past their are no cold and hot spots in the house it has been warmer then we could believe. The system is running like a dream and as far as efficiency goes it is amazing Since last April when we were filled up we have used just 300 gallons through Dec 17,2020. This system is you installed is wonderful and still even looks amazing. We are just so impressed with the difference it has made. We want you all to know that you made an incrediable impact on our home which I still can not believe. I actually donated the electric heaters we were using in winters in the bedrooms. We had a new hvac system put in. I can't say enough good things about this company. The owner came and looked at the job. We received a quote the next day. The price beat 2 other companies. The office staff were amazing. They directed me to masssaves and helped me fill out the paperwork. When the loan was complete. The install was scheduled. The gentleman that installed the unit were professional, knowledgeable, clean and on time. The job took 2 days and each day I would receive a call from the office to make sure things were going well. Above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend them!

I've been using Caron for more than 10 years now and they never let me down.
They even trouble shoot control circuits down to the component level so they don't charge for a complete controller unit. I used all the larger companies in the past and they all are too big and service is lacking. They send technicians right out of school and they are not trained properly. Caron uses very experienced technicians and it shows, especially for oil burner service. I don't do a lot of reviews but feel the need to do this one. I will only hire Caron from now on.

Dan was very familiar with the system in these senior condos. He inspected the entire system and found it in good working condition. He then performed the required system flushing and filter cleaning. I was very pleased with his pleasantness, openness, knowledge, and thoroughness. I made the right decision contracting with Caron HVAC.

We used Caron Heating & Cooling for the first time today and we're totally impressed my Nate's technical expertise, attention to detail, cleanliness, explanation of the process and extremely customer focused. In addition, the office manager Meghan was thorough in her company knowledge, prompt in scheduling and took the time with us as a new customer. If you need a HVAC company in the area, this should be the only call you need to make for peace of mind as we enter the winter season or a repeat of this past summer's exceptionally challanging cooling season in 2023.

Caron replaced out old oil furnaces with two brand new Electric Pumps. They were absolutely great to work with. They walked us through the pros and cons of the decision and helped us make the right choice for our family. They were flexible on timing and we're great to schedule the install. They also were able to make changes and accommodate as hoc requests. They were on time everyday, communicated what/when they were completing tasks, and cleaned up after themselves. My wife and I were super impressed with the whole team's professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor. We will be using Caron moving forward for all of our home HVAC needs and you should too.

I had a mini split and furnace installed 2 years ago with Caron Heating and Cooling so when I wanted another mini split installed I knew who I would be calling.
